Description:
Disposable non woven roll wet tissue machine can slit and rewind all kinds of non woven fabrics,paper,film etc.
Specification:
This machine can slit and rewind nearly all kinds of nonwoven fabrics, paper, film,etc. It has high running speed and stability.
1. Request of machine: slitting, length counting and rewinding.
2. Maximum width of raw material is 1450mm; maximum diameter of raw material is 1100mm.
3. The device has automatically stopping function (infrared ray), power is 6kw.
4. Rewinding roller has stepless device which can adjust the rewinding speed.
5. Feeding part has broad strap synchronous transferring device, and equipped with stepless tension adjusting device.
6. The maximum producing speed is about 100m-150m/minute (depends on different raw materials.)
7. The rewinding roller has pneumatic pressing device. It is equipped with two pneumatic expanding rollers, one is for unwinding, and the other one is for rewinding.
8. Slitting width can be adjusted. The maximum diameter of product is 1100mm.
