1. Twelve sets of servo motors (mould servo 17KW 22KW) for the whole machine ensure high-speed and stable operation of the equipment.
2. Using the material saving device (no waste on the edge), each bag saves 6MM material.
3. The equipment structure is U-shaped, covering an area of only 5.3 meters * 7.5 meters, saving site costs.
4. The function of automatic deviation correction of bag mouth and strip center distance is adopted to ensure that the bag mouth of each bag is flat and the strip is centered, which greatly improves the qualified rate of finished products.

⑴: Non-woven roll material, the maximum roll diameter is 1.4 meters.
⑵: Automatic feeding correction device. Motor smoothly feeding; photoelectric tracking correction; no material stop; automatic tension.
⑶: Independent uniform tension device. Ensure that the tension of the coil directly from the largest to the smallest of the whole machine is uniform.
⑷: Folding and ironing device. Handwheel screw adjustment, ultrasonic welding.

⒀: Mould device. The servo synchronous wheel running device is high-speed and silent; the mold positioning device is convenient for changing molds.
